At this time of year I’ve had to take a break from writing and drawing in order to shovel snow. Despite the more physical aspects of shovelling, sometimes both activities have left me feeling pretty achy in the wrists and arms. Due to that little reality, I thought I should once more run a doodle blog from the past of exercises to help strengthen those areas. Try them out for yourself.
These are pretty simple exercises that can really help you out. As with any exercise, don’t do them if they’re painful. That’s a red flag from your body and it always good to listen. Especially as we get older and that voice gets louder and louder.
